**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Solution Implementation and Administration**
- Conduct business analysis on the respective client requirements and processes and compile the requirements and needs into a detailed business requirement specification.
- Keep effective up to date record of project plans, deliverables, risks, dependencies, timelines and roles on relevant company platforms.

**Client and Industry Liaison & Relationship**
- Ensure effective communication and liaison with the respective clients, role-players and stakeholders involved.
- Build and promote client-, industry
- and partner relationships in day-to-day activities and engagements.
- Manage and maintain client service level agreement and output expectations.
- Establish and maintain industry relationships and networks to leverage cross collaboration and information sharing.

**Induction, Training & Skills Development**

**Meetings & Feedback**
- Compile routine feedback (or when requested) for the respective Departments and Management.
- Attend meetings with the client(s), stakeholders, partners and/or management as required.
- Attend product
- and skills workshops as and when required.
- Promote the brand and values of the company in all activities and functional areas both internally and on the client’s side.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to collect, organize, and evaluate data and develop logical conclusions.
- Ability to maintain work related records and prepare reports.
- Ability to handle confidential and secret information.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally.
- No criminal record and a lifestyle that can stand up to intense vetting and clearance scrutiny.
- High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to work in odd hours of the day.
- Own vehicle.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
- Degree in Information Systems/ Informatics would be advantageous.
- Certificate in Project Management will be beneficial.
- Information Technology experience.
- Project Management experience.
- Excellent Communication and client relations skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
