**_DESPATCH SUPERVISOR _**

- **

**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
Managing the Despatch department to ensure that all driver routes are planned and coordinated timeously,
thereby ensuring that we deliver as per customer deadline requirements.

**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Ensure that goods are delivered to the correct destination and on time
- Ensure all queries are resolved timeously
- Ensure vehicle checklists & maintenance schedules are conducted
- Provide reports to management when required
- Adherence to housekeeping standards, SHE & OSH act requirements with a “ZERO INJURY” culture compliance

**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**
- Matric or equivalent qualification with at least 3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in the print

industry
- Driver’s licence required: Code 08
- Prior supervisory experience is essential
- Intermediate computer skills
