We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to step into the role of Technical support to the Business Manager.

**Job responsibilities**:
As Technical support, you will;
- Support the Business Manager with the processing of all Trenchless equipment and process technology.
- You will from time to time support customers on site on the use of the equipment and also demonstrate the process.
- Doing customer presentation and training at Trenchless training facility.
- Manage stock levels of equipment and accessories.
- Keeping abreast of the latest process technology and equipment.
- Assisting in preparing quotes.
- Travelling nationally to provide customer support and Technical training at our branches.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of Matric and a Technical Qualification is required. (plumbing, equipment, processing equipment, mechanical)
- If you are from a plumbing/mechanical/technical or composites background it is an advantage.
- Need to be in great physical shape and not afraid of hard work. Sometimes it is required to move in challenging work sites.
- A strong technical ability and understanding of technical equipment. Must enjoy working with his/her hands.
- Must enjoy working with people, have an ability to do technical training and be forward thinking.
- The ultimate goal is to sell equipment, accessories and teach customers how to work with the Trenchless equipment and accessories.
