**Human Resources Officer (JB3548)**
Remote / Hoedspruit (x2 monthly visits to offices in Hoedspruit)
R17 500.00 to R20 000.00 a month

A bespoke safari destination in Hoedspruit is looking for a dedicated and professional Human Resources Officer to join their Team. You will be the sole person responsible for managing this position and creating documentation to be able to fulfill your role successfully.

**Minimum Requirements**:
BCom or Diploma in HR
Create all relevant documentation
Own car and valid drivers (You will be required to travel to the offices in Hoedspruit at least 2 times a month)
2 to 3 years experience in a similar position
Experienced in Recruitment
knowledgeable on all Employer/Employee obligations

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Being responsible for recruiting staff - whether through agencies or other means, listing job vacancies, reviewing CV’s, checking references, interviewing and where applicable sending offers of employment.
Creating all necessary documentation required to onboard new employees;
Responsible for maintaining accurate records of employment including time sheets
Responsible for ensuring all minimum standards of employment criteria are met with all government agencies where applicable.
Facilitating and organizing probationary reviews and performance reviews and creating associated documentation;
Responsible for Facilitating and organizing disciplinary reviews including warnings and training documentation.
Administering general staff policies and procedures to ensure cohesion within the workplace.
Responsible for recording sick and annual leave and recording same within payroll documentation.
Responsible for staff Rosters to ensure smooth running of the lodge.
Being fully knowledgeable on all Employer/Employee obligations under the law and ensuring that they are met.
