- Open pit mining experience.
- Planning software experience.
- 3-Years as a Mine Planner with experience in planning short-long term objectives

KPA:
- Optimise short and medium term mine plan, using relevant software
- Deliver 12 week plan that includes documented stage plans
- Confirmation of volumes and grades of 3 month plan
- Truck and excavator plan that indicates in advance where to prepare infrastructure, clearing and blasting
- Dump design and haulage assessment
- Provide operational designs for clearing and topsoil stripping
- Drill and blast activities
- Truck and shovel waste mining activities, dump activities, ore mining activities and rehabilitation activities
- Reconcile the weekly and monthly plan in line with business requirements
