Medical Aid rate based on principal member only)- To be confirmed- Advert Closing Date- 24/2/2023- Job PurposeTo provide, through the Faculty Office, an administrative service to Academic Staff, students and prospective Students; and to act as Secretariat to the various committees of the Faculty.
- Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent qualification
- At least 4 years' relevant experience working in in a Higher Education environment
- Demonstrable proficiency in a Student Administration System (e.g. ITS)
- Supervisory experience will be advantageous
- Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities- Administration in respect of admissions and registration of students, students’ marks and assessments
- In Conjunction with the Faculty Manager, management of Faculty Office staff
- Faculty committee administration
- Provision and writing of reports
- Communication and interdepartmental relations
- Record keeping and data management
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Line Manager
