Social Media/client Service Manager

The IMS Team are looking for an client service manager/content creator that is enthusiastic, motivated, an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), a team player and someone who is able to create social and blog content.
Your daily adventures will include (but not be limited to)
Creating social content and managing social pages (images and videos will be created by the design team)
Creating blog content
Project Manage creative projects
Working with and managing client projects, meetings, statuses and expectations
Working with the team to help manage and oversee client day-to-day projects
Attending both internal meetings and potential client meetings such as campaign planning, media strategy, creative presentations and reporting. Strategic and creative input will then be required to ensure the highest calibre of work is delivered to the client
Preparing creative briefs, proposals and status reports and ensuring clients expectations are managed throughout the project life cycle
Traffic and monitor the internal workflow to ensure smooth and timeous delivery
Interact with the creative process to help drive and meet deadlines
Develop a strong understanding of the brand’s company, category and consumer segments to define opportunities to advance the business

**Requirements**:
Must be able to create Social Media and Blog content in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Great customer service and communication skills
Can navigate social media platforms with ease
Have created engaging in-depth content for various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (Bonus points if you're proficient in Zulu)
