An opportunity has arisen for the right individual to join the Sage Finance Team as a Process Mining & Data Analyst. Reporting to the Finance Digitisation Lead, this is a unique opportunity to deliver significant value to Sage by supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of new process capabilities within the Finance Function which will result in step change improvements in customer, colleague and supplier experience and/or the release of financial benefit through working capital or efficiency improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various processes & systems.
- Revealing process inefficiencies & bottlenecks and turning those insights into action.
- Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards and process execution instrument.
- Use state-of-the-art process analytics and transformation technologies.
- Collaborating with the best and brightest talent in Sage.
- Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language.
- Traveling globally to work with teams in Atlanta, Johannesburg, London & Newcastle and deliver large-scale transformational change.
- Contributing to the Finance Digitisation Lab development.
- Support the team culture of innovation and improvement to align with the Sage Group focus on Customer Success, Colleague Success and Innovation.

Skills, know-how and experience:

- Relevant experience in designing and implementing large scale process transformation and automation solutions using one or more of the following methodologies - Process Mining, Task Capture, Robotics Process Automation, Process Mapping.
- Experience in working with Business and IT departments to develop and execute on a data strategy, design data architecture to solve data quality issues, eliminate data redundancy and streamline front to back data flows.
- Demonstrable experience in utilizing strong business and technology skills to solve data-centric business problems.
- Hands-on experience with SQL across different databases like Sage X3, SAP, MS SQL Server.
- Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Skilled in customer and leadership presentations.
- Project and Program management experience.

Technical / professional qualifications:

- 1+ years of Process Mining or Engineering experience using UiPath Process Mining (Process Gold).
- 2+ years of BI, Data Management and Data Mining experience.
- Significant hand
- on working experience with varied and complex data sets.
- Building ETL (extract transform load) processes using scripting language like Python.
- Understanding and experience with BPMN to model As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Understanding of and experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.
