**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and secure data in the Property Management System (PMS), ensuring data integrity for guest profiles, availability, statistics, and financial records.
- Maximize hotel occupancy through effective reservation management, up-selling, and supporting sales activities.
- Ensure accurate processing of reservations, accommodate special guest requirements, and maintain confidentiality.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to exceed expectations.
- Adhere to policies for managing room availability, group contracts, waitlists, and guest history.
- Coordinate with Central Reservations for daily updates on room inventory and rates.
- Take responsibility for personal performance, demonstrate willingness to assist colleagues, and continuously seek skill development.
- Uphold the company’s core values and contribute positively to team objectives.

**Requirements**:

- SA Citizen
- Matric or Grade 12 qualification
- Verbal & Written English Skills
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Can work independently and in a team
- Sales driven to maximize rate and occupancy
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Friendly with a good work ethic
- Computer literate with PMS experience
