**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Must have a Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be preferred
- 2 3 Years experience within a similar role is required
- Must be tech savvy and have good knowledge of technological tools
- Effective planning and organizing skills are important for this role
- Must have numerical acumen and analytical skills with good discipline
- Good communication skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, will be required
- Must be an innovative, an "out of the box" thinker and be able to transfer knowledge effectively by training others
- The ability to manage and see projects through from start to finish will be required
- Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel
- Assisting Crop Advisors and clients with all technology requirements within the assigned areas.
- Attending to queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Diagnosing, repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining Crop Advisors and clients technology tools.
- Staying up to date with the latest technology and tools.
- Liaising with various inter-company departments and providing feedback on a continuous basis.
- Ensuring user tools are in working order at all times
- Communicating with Crop Advisors and clients on a regular to ensure excellent service delivery

**Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience
