An amazing opportunity for a talented and success-hungry Demi Chef De Partie to join their team and assist the Pastry Chef de Partie with all food preparations and during service for timing and progress of all dishes. To ensure that the presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to the standards laid by the Executive Chef at their Pretoria venue

**Role Responsibilities**
- Execution of dessert, pastry, and baked menu items, ensuring the highest quality and that this is consistently achieved, as assigned.
- Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy
- Maintaining Health & Safety standards
- Providing customer service to staff and customers

**Requirements**:

- Previous kitchen experience within hospitality, ideally in a fine dining operation
- A la carte
- Relevant NVQ or equivalent qualifications, including Basic Food Hygiene
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively
- The ability to meet hygiene standards
- Be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative
