- Executing the risk and governance programme for Information Technology and Digital engagements.**Requirements**:
**Qualification**:
- Valid Matric Certificate
- Related professional tertiary qualification in risk /audit /accounting/ operations (advantageous)
- CRISC or CISA Certification (Preferable)
**Experience**:
- 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in IT Risk Management and/or IT Audit (Experience in auditing or facilitating ISAE3402, Application controls and IT Disaster recovery reviews) - (preferable).
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance and Audit.
- 3-5 years IT or Information security risk management experience.
- Facilitation of risk workshops experience.
- Understanding and appreciation of Risk Management Methodology and Tools (mandatory)
- Internal Control design and assessment experience(mandatory)
- Stakeholder management experience at a middle management level (advantageous)
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Internal Process**:
- Facilitate the ISAE3402 reviews across the IT Platforms performed by Independent assurance provider.
- Facilitate other technical IT audits performed by Independent assurance providers and Internal Audit.
- Conduct Risk and Control Assessments within the IT environment and report to management on a regular basis.
- Identify, evaluate, and report on risk and controls in line with the Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Risk Management Framework.
- Manage the risk initiatives and programs across the business.
- Facilitate risk workshops to help promote and champion the IT operational risk agenda across the Momentum Health Solutions business and help enhance the overall risk culture.
- Standardise risk management processes and reporting across the business.
- Identify improvements required in the technology control environment and ensure business management remediate the potential gaps or weaknesses.
- Track IT audit findings and action plans to ensure completion by key stakeholders within agreed target dates.
- Develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge., continuously.
- Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas.
**Client**:
- Work directly with the business to facilitate IT risk assessment and risk management processes, and work with stakeholders throughout the enterprise on identifying acceptable levels of residual risk.
- Provide IT risk expertise and advice to the business and IT management.
- Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Contribute to a client service excellence culture which builds enduring relationships and allows team to provide exceptional client service.
- Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.

**Finance**:
- Contribute to the development of area specific budgets to minimise expenditure, in alignment with operational plans.
- Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
- Implement and provide input into governance processes, systems and legislation within area of specialisation.
- Escalate unresolved policy and governance compliance issues via appropriate channels for investigation and resolution purposes.
- Provide input into the risk identification processes development and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.
