**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Experience: Admin
- English
- Tertiary qualification is advantageous
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience / knowledge BPM is advantageous
- Experience / knowledge Sage is advantageous
- Own transport is essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for reviewing assigned expenses for DC’s
- Liaising directly with applicable DC’s and suppliers
- Ensuring that approval is received from DC managers for all expenses
- Capturing expenses into BPM timeously on a daily basis
- Prepare tracking schedule for each cost centre per week
- Preparing risk checks on expense accounts
- Identifying outstanding charges
- Preparing journals
- Report to DC managers on controllable and uncontrollable expenses
- Large volumes of data will need to be analysed therefore Excel skills will be required
