**Responsibilities**
**Sales**
- Complete daily call cycle and keep track of all orders on the tracker as well as on the allocated Sales Rep’s call cycle
- Follow up with the relevant Sales Rep regarding clients who have not placed orders yet
- Achieve the minimum Sales growth continuously
- Focus on selling the full product basket and all add-on’s
- Develop Sales opportunities and report it to the relevant Sales Rep and Sales Manager to follow up
- Assist with any back door issues, i.e. when a client wants to reject an order, this role need to inform the Sales Rep thereof or contact client accordingly
**Customer Service/ Communication**
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships at all times.
- This role also needs to respond to Sales enquiries, should there be any.
- Follow up on Sales activity on continuous bases.
**Planning**
- Ensure that all orders are processed prior to cut off
- There must be a weekly planning conducted of the call cycle in terms of deals, returns, upliftments and client tracking etc.
- It is important of this role to ensure continuous time management in terms of calls per day and receiving Sales Rep orders on time daily.
- Monitor Sales Rep’s orders throughout the day.
**Admin/General**
- This role is also responsible to ensure that all customers have signed fridge contracts.
- Communicate timeously with management regarding Sales, Customers, Credits and or any Quality issues.
- Keep the call cycle up to date.
- Write up Upliftment Sheets for call centre clients, expired; damaged or incorrect stock, while monitoring client queries

**Requirements**:
- Code 08 Driver’s license (preference)
- Matric certificate
- At least 3 years’ sales experience
- Computer literate
