National Plant Hire business based in
**Cape Town**, has an opening for a
**Branch Manager.** The purpose of the role is to manage the branch by effectively organizing, planning, controlling and directing company resources in order to increase revenue and profitability of the business. Provide leadership, training and supervision to all employees within the organisation.

Successful incumbent will have a
**National Diploma in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, with 5+ years Management experience as a Branch Manager. MBA highly advantageous** Experience within the Plant Hire industry highly advantageous. Responsibilities include: Business development, branch management including the development, training and mentoring of staff, ensure that profitability of the branch in line with it's KPI's; prepare budgets for the branch; maintain control of branch debtors; ensure strict compliance with all company policies and procedures; Operations : ensure health of rental products assigned by the branch; ensure that staff use company systems such as CRM and enterprise system; ensure that service levels are in accordance with required standards and ensure adequate resourcing of the branch; Health and Safety; and maintain internal relationships with Customer Service Centre, Finance, HR and SHE.
**Proven track record in sales and/or branch management; experience in sales in the Western Cape as well as heavy equipment rental and sales.**
