**Security Control Room Administrator**

Prime African Security is looking for a Security Control Room Administrator for our office based in Hatfield, Pretoria.

We require the services of a _**Control Room Supervisor/Administrator **_to join our team in a fast paced and energetic environment.

**Required Skills**:

- Listener Experience: 3 to 4 years
- Client Focused: 2 to 3 years
- Psira Grade B: 2 to 3 years
- Excellent English

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Psira Grade B registration & accreditation
- 4 - 5 Years minimum experience in a Security Control Room
- Knowledge of CCTV and Security Alarm equipment

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Computer Literacy (MS Office), Listener (3 years)
- Must be fluent in English and excellent writing skills.
- Planning & Organisational skills
- Customer care, client liaison, client complaints and relationship building skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Good report writing skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Be able to handle pressure and stay cool, calm and collective under stressful situations
- Client Liaison
- Staff management

**GENERAL**
- RSA citizen
- Valid unendorsed driver's license
- Clear criminal record
- Good contactable references
- Work shifts and extended working hours, etc.
