B2b Sales Manager

Our client, a reputable role player in footwear distribution is seeking an experienced, results driven, **B2B Sales Manager** for the **Western Cape** region.
**Note: For this position it is crucial that the person have a network of contacts with relevant procurement heads or leaders in different/multiple industries. What will count your favour will be experience in sales via the corporate clothing sector working with procurement departments of banks, hotels, government bodies, schools etc.**
You will build & grow profitable client relationships with commercial and corporate businesses. You will drive sales and attain budget goals by leveraging prospecting, cold calling, and networking skills to target restaurants, hospitals, hotels, retailers, food and beverage plants, schools, nursing homes, banks, and tender applicants to offer the most effective B2B in the industry. The new accounts you acquire will be aligned with our offering and delivering the product you sell.

**Duties include the following, but not limited to**:
- Prospect and obtain customers to achieve annual new business sales goals.
- **Signing of partnerships according to monthly target.**:
- **Discover sales opportunities and implement sales strategies.**:
- **Build and cultivate relationships with customers and co-workers through professional manor and strong interpersonal skills.**:
- **Provide outstanding customer service by leading and educating customers throughout the sales process.**:
- **Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets growth areas trends.**:
- **Seek out the appropriate contact within organisations.**:
- **Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.**:
- **Meet with clients face to face.**:
- **Understand the needs of the clients and be able to respond effectively to meet these requirements.**:
- **Preparation of quotes and proposals.**:
- **Ensure proposals are managed in terms of accuracy and completed within SLA.**
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- **5 Years experience in a B2B environment in the clothing or apparel industry**:
- **Proven track record of relationships in the corporate environment.**:
- Proven record of sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Excellent computer skills & knowledge of MS Office, sales system knowledge
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to learn and understand new ranges and product specifications seasonally.
- Sufficient administrative abilities to back up the sales repertoire.
- Experience in footwear, clothing, leather accessories would be a huge advantage.
- Code 08 driver’s licence and own transport
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
**Salary**: R480 CTC P/A
**Salary**: R480 000,00 per year
