Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence
- Oversee recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
- Present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to upper management
- Stay abreast of market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activity
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, with experience consistently meeting or surpassing targets
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and industry events
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process, from planning to closing deals
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the sales industry, preferably with a retail background
- Previous experience managing a team of merchandisers within an FMCG company
- Must have own transport for business travel
