About the Team:
FIS-ACBS is a robust software system that helps manage commercial loans. It provides integrated functionality and workflow throughout the loan lifecycle, reducing errors and improving data integrity. The ACBS Commercial Lending team at FIS focuses on bringing maximum value to our commercial banking customers. We offer a front-to-back office solution that reduces approval time, improves loan operations, and efficiently manages credit risk.

**Job Description**:

- Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, aligned with business systems and industry requirements.
- Gather, analyze, communicate, and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications that describe what the system, process, or product/service must do to meet the requirements.
- Deliver high-quality solutions for implementations, conversions, migrations, upgrades, and integration projects.

**Requirements**:

- Domain expertise in Commercial Lending.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant.
- Knowledge of related products and services, ideally on ACBS, LoanIQ projects, or other commercial lending platforms.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles such as waterfall, agile, and iterative approaches.
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition using modern tools and techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well within a team or independently.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Willingness to travel (25% to 50%).
