As a company that sells new big deals every single day, we need to ensure the images on our site and app are as good as we can get them. That's where you come in. We're looking for someone to make sure that everything that comes out of our photography studio is as stylish and curated as possible.

**Responsibilities**
- You'll work closely with the Line Manager and Photographer to produce the highest quality visual content for the OneDayOnly brand.
- You will be conceptualising and planning shoots daily in a deadline-driven environment. You will need to be adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- You're a do-er, with a ‘nothing is impossible' mindset.
- You'll be creating strategic mood-boards and visual solutions for campaign briefs which you will need to present to the line manager daily.
- You will need to be capable of styling across the various brand channels, sticking to the ODO brand identity, purpose, and values.
- Work with the photographer on set with the ability to direct shoots autonomously when needed.
- Ability to direct and communicate with models.
- Be able to adapt between the different styles of shoots including product, lifestyles, and models.
- Source props for shoots.
- Be able to work with limited resources and have the ability to work with existing props.
- Always ensure the studio is organised, neat and tidy.
- You will be responsible for sample management: handling all incoming and outgoing samples and making sure they are packaged and returned to the respective suppliers in a timely manner.
- Communication with the various buyers about their shoots and product management.
- Remain inspired and on top of current trends.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Driver's license and own transport
- You have the relevant experience in product or fashion styling in a studio environment (ideally 2-3 years)
- A great styling vision, that reinforces the ODO brand
- Well-organised and effective time management skills
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for and interest in fashion, home and product styling and photography
- Understanding Photoshop is beneficial
- General knowledge of photography, lighting, and studio practice
- Work well and stay motivated within a team environment
- Have a positive attitude
- An eye for visual composition and proportion
- Be reliable, adaptable, and flexible to change
- Excellent work ethic and can-do attitude
- Great communication skills
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Strong administrative skills and solution orientated
