This amazing individual keeps creative chaos in check at OneDayOnly's photography studio by working magic with samples for all our shoots They maintain an epic inventory of samples, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape. The Styling Assistant teams up with our stylist and photographer, ensuring smooth workflow. Efficiency in sample management, organizational skills, keen eye for detail, and excellent communication are the superpowers needed to succeed in this role. **Responsibilities: Sample Management**:

- Receive, document, and organise incoming samples according to established guidelines.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all samples, ensuring proper labelling, categorization, and packing of samples
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure sample availability and identify any discrepancies.
- Steam and prepare all apparel items before shooting

**Sample Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the creative team and designers to understand sample requirements for various projects.
- Coordinate sample requests and deliveries, ensuring timely availability and distribution to the appropriate personnel.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Provide support and assistance to the creative team during sample selection and evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sample workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks on incoming samples to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Identify and report any issues or defects with samples, coordinating with relevant parties for resolution.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative or fashion-related industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to sample management and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to identify sample defects or issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
