Job Title: Experienced Sales Representative (Telecommunications)

Location: Milnerton, Cape Town

Office Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

**Salary**: R7000 (Basic) + (Commission)

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Present and sell our telecommunications products (internet, voice, office automation and cctv) to potential customers.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and external client visits.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- **Achieve a strict minimum of 4 new signed clients per month, with sales targets monitored and enforced.**:

- **If sales targets are not met for 2 consecutive months, the contract will be terminated.**:

- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the telecommunications sector or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of success in door-to-door sales, showcasing the ability to engage with potential customers effectively and close sales deals in a face-to-face setting.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, internet services or any office automation based industry.
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be male (due to the nature of the role and team dynamics).
- Valid driver’s license (vehicle will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience and tenacity in closing sales.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
