This is a great opportunity to join the Atlantic Talent Acquistion team in a key role supporting all Talent processes and administration, ensuring the Areas of Expertise (AoE) team, HR & Leadership team have access to quality information about employees to enable effective decision-making, talent management and risk management for this group:
Reporting to the **Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Africa**, and supporting the local Human Resources Teams, you will:

- Sourcing specific geographies focusing on diversity hiring.
- Implement region’s sourcing & attraction strategies.
- Advise & guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing skills, talent acquisition process, and retention.
- Attends Industry events (e.g., Career expos and summits) and utilise networking opportunities relevant to pipeline building.
- Ensures that the region brand and EVP is promoted and held to highest standards through all media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc)
- Prepare critical & value adding reports & insights for stakeholders.
- Implement effective risk management & internal controls for the recruitment component.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
- Minimum of 5 years recruitment and sourcing background
- Experience in managing recruitment processes (all levels)
- Mining industry background will be an added advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in digital platforms & HR Systems
- Advanced experience using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Process efficiency and continuous improvement mindset: measure and continuously improve sourcing activity efficiency i.e Recruitment processes and selection gaps.
- Hands on experience working with an ATS and sourcing tools.
- A self-motivated team player with a target-driven, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to interact on all levels within the organization and possess a high level of integrity.
- Motivated to support the business go forward and find the best fit for the organization.
- Result oriented, structured, ability to maintain a high level of quality.
- Experience working in high volume & fast paced environment.
