**Assistant Spa Manager**

**Location***: Cape Town**

**Basic Salary**:
**R 10 000- R 13 000(based on experience)**

**Requirements**:
**Matric + Diploma (required)**

**5 years as beauty therapist, 2 years as Spa manager or junior manager**

**All Spa treatments (waxes, massages, lashes, nails, laser, facials)**

**Effective communication**

**Fluent in Afrikaans and English**

**Good interpersonal skills**

**A focus on personal hygiene and neatness**

**Product knowledge**

**Stock management**

**Vouchers and invoices.**

**Excellent time management skills**

**Stamina; on your feet a lot**

**Job description**

**All treatments offered by the Spa to it’s clients (eg. Facials, waxing, manicure,**

**Pedicure, massages, lash Extensions, laser treatments and body treatments) As**

**Well as any new treatments that may be introduced.**

**Maintaining order in the spa reception, kitchen and treatment areas.**

**Review the bookings for the day and week to ensure accuracy and maximum**

**Productivity.**

**Dealing with client requests and client complaints.**

**Taking client bookings and managing the treatment schedule.**

**Ensure that you are familiar with the hygiene and cleanliness standards and that**

**The Spa meets those requirements.**

**Complete all stock takes and all relevant administration.**

**Report all maintenance issues.**

**E-mails check and respond.**

**Product Sales.**

**Preparation of rooms between clients session as stipulated by appointment**

**Bookings.**

**The cleaning of treatment rooms and equipment.**

**Client invoicing and payments logging.**

**Friendly advice and customer consultations.**

**Research and analyse target market, industry trends and competitors activities.**

**Participate in crafting marketing, advertising and communication strategies.**

**Research and identify various creative opportunities.**

**Identifying creative trends and opportunities.**

**Spa Operating Hours: Daily from 09:00 - 18:00 weekdays**

**09:00 - 16:00 Saturday**

**Closed on Sundays**

**Start date: 1st of May 2023**
