**_Essential:_**
- 2 Years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably in Wealth Management
- Hard working
- Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team

**_Preferred:_**
- Awareness of anti-money laundering and know your client/due diligence requirements

**The Role**:

- Handling report requests (valuations, tax pack reports, income & expenses)
- Looking into erroneous reports (investigate incorrect data & passing to relevant team to correct and checking before confirming to client)
- Booking cost updates
- Locating cash that has been sent in by clients
- Passing on instructions to closures or payments team
- Arranging transfer front sheets
- Taking calls and resolving client’s queries
- Reviewing and logging tax forms (W8’s/W9’s) to client accounts
- Passing on dealing instructions to either the dealers, relationship managers or account managers
- Dealing with incoming post
- Arranging for copies of original documents to be certified and originals sent back to investors
- Updating of static data on SalesLogX and Nexus systems
- Projects work e.g KYC update, renewal of W8 forms
