**Introduction**

Our client in the Logistics sector, is in search of a Fleet Coordinator to join their team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure that the fleet is performing to company targets
- Daily checking and reporting of exceptions on fuel consumption of all vehicles.
- Stock management and reporting of any irregularities
- Identify common / behavioral problems in the fleet and liaise with the business unit manager to implement the correct measures to overcome and prevent them
- Supervise bowser staff
- Assist to Order and manage fuel, toll cards and E-tags & Driver tags
- Monitor and alert on suspicious fuel transactions
- Take Trucks to Service Providers for Service and COF
- Assist in Monitoring Driver Performance using Tracking Reports
- Assisting with Mango reports
- Liasing with Service Providers to establish ETA’s for Vehicle repairs
- Checking Vehicles vs. Pre Trip Inspection Sheets Daily and ensuring all faults are reported
- Assisting with Vehicle Assesments
- Raising PO’s on SAP
- Completing Insurance Claim Forms
- Assisting with General Fleet Admin
- Opening IR’s for Fleet incidents
- Minor repairs to Fleet - e.g. Lights, other minor part fitments/repairs
- Fuel & Hired vehicle stats compiled and sent to BM & Head office
- Tracking and ORV system maintenance should Champion be unavailable
- Assist with Driver Testing before employment

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Code C (Old Code 10) License
- Previous experience on Fleet Management
- Basic Mechanical Background
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles and the different derivatives
- Sound knowledge of fuel management on fleet
- Good Computer skills
