Develop a talented nursing workforce.

Facilitate a culture that is supportive of talent management and the initiation of required implementations to hone nursing talent

Monitor staff attendance and/or absenteeism and ensure action is taken accordingly

Ensure service delivery to all residents and patients

Maintain and improve nursing standards in the unit

Must have ICU experience

Registered Nurse

Computer Literate

Must have experience in working with elderly people and know the day to day running of a retirement village.

Staff management experience

Geriatric experience
