Draw investments and risk quotes.
- Position in Century City
- Submit new business and manage all related processes.
- Manage existing business queries and keep advisor and client updated.
- Work closely with Advice Consultants/Para-planners to draw and collate information required for Annual Review files.
- Work closely with Advice Consultants/Para-planners to draw and collate information required for FNAs.
- Manage Financial Advisors diary.
- Ensure all compliance documents are received and stored.
- Perform general administration duties on all product lines offered to clients.
- Liaise with product providers (call center agents, consultants and marketing support), clients and suppliers in the execution of your duties.
- Assist in preparing for quarterly and annual compliance audits.
- Office administration: work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that the office is suitable for optimal functioning.
- Assist with all marketing initiatives.

- Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & MS Teams)
- Taking initiative

- Own transport (access to reliable transport to and from Century City Cape Town)

- Good written and verbal communication skills

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE**

Good computer literacy

Minimum 5 years experience as a Service Consultant in the Financial Planning Industry.

Experience in use of X-Plan or other industry related tool would be an advantage/
