**Requirements**:

- Matric Essential
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same or similar position (Hospitality background advantageous)
- OPERA Knowledgen Required
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (advantageous)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Check in and checking out of guests
- Accepting payments from guest and record correctly on system
- Accept hotel reservations after hours/reservations department not available
- Resolve customer enquiries, issues & complaints
- Assist all departments in servicing the guests especially during high volume periods
- Controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains complete responsibility for personal bank
- Promote all guest amenities and programs offered such as Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Commision earnable on curio shop sales
