We are a small and highly motivated team, managing exquisite boutique guesthouses and properties for short-term holiday rentals across the Atlantic Seaboard. As one of our Property Managers you'll interface with guests and landlords, striving to provide unforgettable stays and ensuring all properties maintain their uncompromising quality and high standards.

**About the Role**

- Your Key Responsibilities are:_
- **Reservation & Booking Management**:Mastery of all internal and external reservation systems, policies, and procedures across our portfolio, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, minute maintenance of live calendars and booking schedules.
- **Guest Services**:Provide high-level concierge service, handle all guest communication prior, during and after stays, including any check-in/check-out procedures and payment processing.
- **Property Management**:Oversee operations, maintenance, and administration of all property requirements, coordinating necessary repairs and refurbishments. Implementation of stringent quality control measures to maintain the exceptional high standards of our portfolio.
- **Team Leadership**:Manage schedules for housekeeping staff across all properties and coordinate with all external workers, ensuring adherence to all standards and operating procedures.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Engage with external partners such as suppliers, travel agencies, OTAs, contractors etc., fostering a synergy that contributes to our business objectives and ensures seamless operations.
- **Performance Analysis**:Review customer feedback and online ratings, develop and implement improvement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, and support initiatives to optimise performance on booking/advertising platforms.
- **Task Records & Reporting**:Meticulously maintain comprehensive records encompassing all aspects of property management, from inspections, inventories and client complaints to executed repairs, demonstrating excellent reporting skills and proficiency in using project management tools to effectively organise, track and report on all tasks.

- Your Qualifications include:_
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality and/or property management
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools
- Exceptional organisational, coordination, and time management skills
- Team player, ability to quickly adapt and respond, preciseness and reliability
- Sound knowledge of Cape Town and South Africa, with understanding of travel logistics and the ability to create tailored itineraries
- Well-versed in daily front-of-house, admin and property-related duties
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
