**Reporting to**:Team Leader

**Location**:Bolt Avenue - Montague Gardens

**Contract Type**:Permanent

Reporting to the Team Leader in the Assembly Department, you will fulfil the necessary requirements with regards to the operational activities / requirement in the Assembly Department to meet the Company’s objectives which is the manufacturing of high-quality components.

**KEY JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Work in all areas of composite production, including automation / infusion;
- Maintain quality and adhere to quality standards at all times;
- Maintain stable production-delivery;
- Achievement of health and safety standards;
- Ensure build cycle requirements are met.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum: Qualification: NQF Level 2 (Grade 10);
- Ideal: NQF Level 4 (Grade12);
- Minimum Experience: At least 2-3 years relevant experience;
- Thorough knowledge and experience of all aspects of Laminating;
- Advantageous: Hull Laminating and Infusion experience;
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance record;
- Able to work weekends and overtime;
- Have a thorough understanding of the quality condition within the company.

- Able to work under pressure to meet desired outcomes;
- Decision Making

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R11,111.00 - R121,111.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
