e are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Shift Operator to join our food manufacturing team. As a Shift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes during your assigned shift.

**Responsibilities**:
Operate and monitor production equipment: Safely operate and control machinery and equipment used in food production, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards.

Conduct inspections and quality checks: Perform regular inspections and quality checks on products, ingredients, and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Set up and changeover equipment: Assist in setting up production lines and machinery for different products, and perform equipment changeovers efficiently and accurately.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or process deviations, taking prompt corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene: Follow strict sanitation protocols, including cleaning equipment, work areas, and maintaining a hygienic production environment.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment is preferred.
- Manage and lead respective shift
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects when required.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
