Santam Client Solutions, Santam Direct department have career opportunity available for a Sales Operations Manager who will be based in Centurion. The Sales Manager is accountable for the day-to-day management of the sales teams.

**This role is focused on, but not limited to**:
Servicing broker requests, including enquiries
Appropriate Client Experience and Quality standards, continuous improvement
Acquire, develop, deploy and retain new talent, current employees and leaders
To achieve the profitable growth targets contracted for each channel:
Digital, interbound/marketing above the line and digital,
Referrals and in the future over the medium-term the establishment and implementation of a Dealership channel, Value Added Products/Services (VAP’s), Pet and (Commercial Lines (CL) product line-strategies
Review and analysing of current business opportunities to improve results
The establishment of a high-performance culture; Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) and Organizational Level Agreement (OLA’s) management; formulation and implementation of recovery/improvement plans of action
The successful implementation of strategic initiatives and the adoption thereof through appropriate change management;
Operational budget management;
Ensure regulatory requirements are met What will make you successful in this role?

Qualifications and Experience
Completed Grade 12
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Economics, Finance or insurance related
Fais fit and proper with a full qualification (advantageous)
Completed RE 5 and 1
5 years’ experience in a senior management role held within financial/short-term insurance services (advantageous)
10 years management experience
A minimum of 10 years short-term insurance experience and exposure to Personal and Commercial Lines
Experience working in high paced Contact Centre environment
