**Job Title: Business Development Consultant**

Location: Gauteng

**Job Type**: 3-month contract, with possibility of extension

**Remuneration**:
Commission based, Laptop and Cellphone will be provided, other business related-costs covered.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and Evaluate Business Opportunities:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target industries.
- Evaluate the competitive landscape and assess market demand for our services.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges in the accounting and financial industry.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Collaborate with our accounting team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

3. Service Expansion:

- Work with the management team to identify new service offerings that align with market trends and client demands.
- Develop business plans and strategies for launching new services.
- Collaborate with the team to implement and deliver these services effectively.

4. Marketing and Branding:

- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote our accounting practice.
- Assist in creating content, webinars, and presentations to showcase our expertise and thought leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor and report on business development activities, key performance indicators, and market trends.
- Evaluate the success of marketing and sales initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

- Higher Certificate/National Diploma in commerce or a related field.
- Some experience in business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
