**Creditors Controller**

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Assisting the Finance Manager with developing solutions to business and financial matters.
- Processing monthly creditors and account payables reconciliations
- Processing journal provisions and adjustment.
- Keeping accurate records for all daily transaction
- Recording accounts payable
- Updating internal systems with financial data
- Reconciling bank statements
- Any financial management project work, as required by the Finance Manager
- Any other tasks that are appropriate during the course and scope of duties.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent Financial Qualification
- 3 to 5 years proven work experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role with relevant responsibility
- Experience using financial software include Sage300 ERP/Accpac, Norming and RecExpress (Non-negotiable)
- Full Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of financial regulations

**Skills**
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability and understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Ability to work largely unsupervised
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people
