Kitchen Supervisor needed for a busy restaurant in Krugersdorp.

Must be able to run a pass.

Must have experience with Grilling, frying, and cooking pastas.

Must be able to able to issue stock and do stock counts.

Must be able to supervise staff and ensure that all cleaning, preparation and portions is all done correct.

That in house recipes are followed and plating is done according to spec.

Must be a South African citizen or have the correct valid permits to work in South Africa.
