Client Analytics Lead

**Location: KwaZulu Natal/Gauteng**
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead and Manage Client Analytics**
- Oversee client usage of Reporting & Analytics capabilities within our SaaS solution.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our analytics capabilities and client adoption.
- Manage the look & feel of reports, including the selection of visuals and controls.
- Standardize best practices and establish guardrails for report implementation.
- **Report Development**:
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Utilize Python and Databricks for advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
- **Team Management**:
- Manage and mentor a team of developers.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Liaise with Customer Success, Delivery, and Engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve reporting solutions.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on analytics tools and reports.
- Collaborate closely with the technical lead to align on overall analytics strategy and execution.

- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a SaaS company.
- Extensive experience with Power BI and other analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Python and Databricks.
- Experience with ThoughtSpot is a plus.

**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
