Experienced Cocktail Bartenders

Location: The Pub, Franschhoek

We are looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join our team at The Pub, a new and vibrant pub in the heart of Franschhoek. If you’re passionate about mixology, enjoy creating unique drinks, and thrive in a busy environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a wide range of cocktails with precision and creativity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Engage with customers, making drink recommendations and providing top-notch service.
- Keep stock of liquor, mixers, and garnishes, ensuring the bar is fully equipped at all times.
- Uphold health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a cocktail bartender in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail recipes, and trends.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: R25,00 - R40,00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
