**Here’s what you can expect to be doing in the role**
- Engage with the marketing planning team to see how this will impact their own retention and acquisition campaigns and ensure alignment between both areas.
- Create the contact list/query for the automated campaigns utilising the data that is available within the platform.
- Brief and build out automated journeys from “beginning to end”.
- Ensure no journeys overlap with each other.
- Ensure no automated journeys clash with the planner push campaigns.
- Briefing in all automated journey communication requirements to the creative team.
- Reporting on all journey results weekly and more detailed reporting quarterly.
- A/B testing.
- Revising creativity when required and if there is a drop in performance.
- Creating campaign reports on the marketing campaigns.
- Create and execute campaigns to market to the customer digitally.
- Pulling NPS data.
- Create online vouchers to execute and switch out in existing journeys.
- Manage relationships with external partners
- Manage campaign management platform budget.
- Manage all user access of the platform and restrict where required.
- Ensure all necessary (e.g. POPI) compliance is always maintained within the campaign management platform. This includes checking all lead form processes are being adhered to.
- Assist the Showroom team in ensuring their lead forms are running as planned within the campaign platform and help with the wi-fi landing pages where necessary.
- Manage every campaign platform organization/environment i.e. marketing org, consent org, and Transact (3 separate orgs).
- Train and assist the marketing team on all campaign management platform questions.
- Check if any daily updates to the campaign platform have failed and address these concerns with BI.

**A little about who you are**
- Minimum 3 years of campaign automation experience
- Experience working in Acoustic Campaign (previously known as IBM Watson Campaign Automation) is preferred
- Marketing degree and/or relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail essential
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Result and deadline orientated individual
