Degree, Diploma in retail management, visual merchandising, fashion or similar
**Skills and experience required**:
A minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in visual merchandising and retail environment.
4 - 5 years’ experience in a senior or managerial visual merchandising role.
People management experience.
Premium brands experience is required.
Team player.

Creative and innovative.
Develop, implement and execute creative merchandising strategy.
Develop budget and forecast for seasonal campaigns.
Train, lead and develop visual merchandising and retail teams.
Create impactful visual displays showcasing product ranges and driving revenue.
Ensure continuous focus on creativity, innovation and what’s trending for shopfitting and visual displays
Initiate seasonal window concepts and instore merchandising.
Align the brand’s marketing calendar to ensure that all promotional and product themes are highlighted, rolled out and showcased in store.
Build and maintain relationships with staff members ensuring team work and collaboration in order to maintain visual merchandising standards.
Keep track of various styles performance with the objective to improve sales and reposition under performing merchandise.
