As the Night Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations during the overnight shift. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring that all guest needs are met and hotel policies are upheld. From managing overnight arrivals and departures to overseeing security and responding to emergencies, you'll be the trusted leader on-site during the night.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise overnight staff, including front desk agents, security personnel, and housekeeping team members
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests arriving and departing during the night
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations
- Monitor hotel security systems and protocols to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and guest rooms to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and food and beverage, to address any issues or special requests during the night
- Prepare nightly reports and communicate relevant information to daytime management and staff

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotel management or supervisory role required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, reservations systems, and emergency response protocols
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
