Our client, a leading group of retirement villages, with head offices based in Randburg is looking for a Retirement Village Manager - Frail Care for their specialized home in Germiston.

Duties & Responsibilities
- A large home that specialises in the care of residents with Alzheimer’s and related dementias.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- 5 Years senior management experience within a retirement village / frail care environment, preferably in a service industry.
- Have above average financial and interpersonal skills, yet be assertive and self-motivated.
- Excellent communications and people skills.
- Computer literacy essential.
- Experience with Alzheimer’s and Dementia is essential or nursing experience within psychiatry.
