**About Us**:
**Job Purpose**:
As the Head of Electrical (Eclipse Factory), you will be responsible for leading and managing the electrical engineering team, ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems in the manufacturing of our Eclipse range of vessels. Leveraging your expertise in marine electrical installation, you will drive innovation, quality, and safety in electrical operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Oversee the installation of electrical systems in the manufacturing of Eclipse vessels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of electrical systems with overall vessel design and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in marine electrical installation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in electrical operations.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Electrical installation qualification
- Minimum of three years of experience in electrical installation in vessel manufacture
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the marine or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Salary**: Negotiable, commensurate with experience.
