**Who are we looking for**: A digital marketing manager with B2B industry experience.

**What will you do**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition for our small to medium enterprise business units.
- Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target segments, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to develop and execute creative content, advertising materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing techniques, sharing insights and implementing best practices within the organization.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Foster relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to maximize brand exposure and secure PR opportunities.

**What do you need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Brand Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and methodologies, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data insights to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
