Customer Success Manager

The Hangar49 team is looking for a Customer Success Manager who is a natural people person and excellent at building and nurturing client relationships. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for owning the client lifecycle from onboarding of new clients as well as managing and growing client relationships. The customer success manager is responsible for ensuring that the service Hangar49 customers receive is nothing less than excellent, while guaranteeing success and delivery of results by the final agreed upon destination.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of customer experience.
- Prior project / client management exposure.
- Experience in managing a team / being a team leader.
- A background in a tech field is preferrable.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
- 1._ _Client relationships management_
- Onboard new clients by building rapport and a trusting relationship
- Build a nurturing journey with the client’s creative teams that will ensure they
- Invest time and energy into moving customers smoothly through the steps in their journey at Hangar49
- Educate and work with clients to ensure that they are receiving the best service offering to achieve their desired goals.
- Be a client custodian by communicating efficiently and timeously with clients
- 2._ _Client Journeys_
- Ensuring that client projects are completed on time and to the desired client standard
- Understand the clients’ needs and desired goals and gain detailed insight into who they would like to target.
- Build a client journey which facilitates the client goal. This includes equipping the client and the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Collaborate with clients and the relevant freelancers to nurture the client journey.
- Track and monitor client progress and experiment with clients to create a better service offering, continuously improving the client journey.
- Ultimately own the client relationship and take responsibility for client satisfaction.
