**Line Manager**: Store Manager

**Job Specification**:
**Key Performance Areas**:

- To manage the stock room to ensure efficiency, accuracy, store standards, minimizes risk and losses and maximizes sales through implementing all procedures and standards relating to stock
- Ensures proper management of stock in order to have optimal service levels on sales floor, optimal stock room standards and that write offs and losses are in line with company standard
- Ensuring great customer service through stock room management by ensuring quick and easy retrieval of stock, ensuring top quality stock being sold by not having damaged stock as part of sale stock
- Ensuring a safe environment for team members as well as customers by assisting in the management and maintenance of all OHASA standards

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ retail experience

**Qualifications**:

- Complete Matric/Grade 12

**Additional Requirements**:

- Knowledge of relevant administration policies
- In depth knowledge of the system and operation thereof
- Ability to investigate all stock related discrepancies
- Ability to communicate clearly with team and internal structures
- Good understanding of all standards for back office and OHASA
- Administration and stock Management
