**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with senior auditors to assist in conducting financial audits and verifying accuracy of financial statements.
- Perform analytical procedures and substantive testing to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Review documentation and evidence, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Participate in fieldwork, including client site visits and inventory observations.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare audit reports and deliverables.
- Stay updated with relevant auditing standards and industry regulations.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.

**Requirements**:

- BCompt in accounting, finance, or CTA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Good understanding of financial statements and auditing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
