_Yebo Fresh is looking for a Chief Product Officer to join our strong leadership team, who will work closely with both CEO and CTO to build out the future of the Yebo Fresh platforms, including both our internal, and customer-facing tools and systems._

We serve families, NGO’s, Schools, ECDs, and township food businesses such as Spazas and fast food restaurants.

**For the customer**, using Yebo Fresh means avoiding the hassle, cost and risk of overcrowded and/or expensive transport, long queues, and carrying heavy bulk goods.

**For FMCGs,** working with Yebo Fresh means direct access into the mass market and a great partnership for direct deliveries, customer insights, product testing, POS marketing etc.

**Now Hiring: Chief Product Officer**

Yebo Fresh is looking for a Chief Product Officer to join our strong leadership team, who will work closely with both CEO and CTO to build out the future of the Yebo Fresh platforms, including both our internal, and customer-facing tools and systems.

We are looking for someone with a strong background working within eCommerce, as a whole, as well as experience working within distribution and logistics, and has worked on building products that are simple to use for customers, and our staff, but powerful enough to meet the demands the business and the mass-market sector, ensuring we keep our customer-promise: _to deliver on time, in full_.

**Key Role Responsibilities and Duties**
- Working on the strategic vision, product direction and product roadmap & strategy, directly with the CEO and CTO, and determining the future direction of our platforms.
- Working on the product marketing strategy with the Head of Sales and Marketing to ensure we are offering the right tools to our customers, and internally to our staff, as well as taking our platforms to the next level, marketing and envangelising products from concept to launch.
- Utilising our various data sources to make data-driven decisions for our platforms and the future of the company,
- Ensuring that all project managers are aligned with the roadmap and goals for the company, and our platforms, to ensure continuous delivery on all our platforms, and timelines are managed effectively
- Lead the product development and management, including, building and supervising product managers, and mentoring their teams
- Research that leads to data-driven, informed decision-making across the entire company

**Skills and requirements needed to fulfill the role**:

- 5+ years of executive/C-level product management experience working with delivery/logistic and ecommerce platforms
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineering, sales & marketing and customer service
- Data-driven decision making is important, and understanding how to use that data to drive internal and customer-facing product decisions is important

**Contract Type**:Permanent Employment Contract with a 3-months probationary period.
