Our team is expanding, and we are looking for high-energy, resilient, driven dealmakers who are passionate about supporting big business in developing and implementing solutions that assist with Enterprise and Supplier Development.

The individuals that join our team must be able to connect with corporates and big business, specifically to individuals responsible for Company Corporate Affairs, Transformation and performance on the B-BBEE scorecard specifically relating to Enterprise and Supplier Development, Preferential Procurement and Corporate Social Investment. Your understanding and current relationships within these areas will be an added advantage.

Within our well-established Aurik Enterprise Development framework and with access to our existing resources, the responsibilities of this role include:

- Identifying well-defined potential corporate clients;
- Engaging with prospective corporate clients to best understand their needs;
- Presenting to prospective corporate clients with customised solutions;
- Bringing the corporate clients on-board and building long lasting client relationships;
- Facilitating the handover of clients to the Aurik Operations team, who support the implementation of the corporate programme.
- target driven with a desire to impact the growth of SME businesses in South Africa;
- resilient and comfortable with making regular phone calls to prospective clients;
- able to develop a client base, develop and deliver presentations and close deals;
- well-spoken, presentable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- highly organised and able to keep track of varying stages of deals;
- well-versed in corporate B-BBEE transformation agendas;
- a tenacious people’s person that is persistent and persuasive;
- a quick study that stays abreast of changes in the B-BBEE landscape.

**Desired Qualifications and Experience**
- At least 3 years’ sales experience with a track record of closing high value deals
- Valid Code 8 driver's license is essential with own reliable vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM’s
- Experience in the transformation industry will be an added advantage

**Remuneration**

Aurik is a results-driven organisation. We offer a competitive market-related basic salary and lucrative performance-based commission. This is a position that will see your diligence, effort, and results rewarded.

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (required)
- ED and SD transformation industry: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
