We are looking for a **Technical Sales Representative** in 7 WARRINGTON ROAD, CLAREMONT, CT, WESTERN CAPE 7708 ZAF. Your mission will be to:
Among other things you'll be tasked with:

- Develop and implement a personal sales strategy in line with the regional and national sales strategy to increase the current client base for all services in the region.
- Identify potential new business in existing and new markets and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including troubleshooting, training, and consultation.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team, as well as other departments, to achieve company goals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate new leads.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably in the agriculture or meteorology sector
- A science or agricultural qualification
- A background knowledge of Agronomy and Irrigation would be beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A valid Code 08 driver's license and driving experience
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English
